![]() ![]() They had already announced the flight was and hour behind schedule (not their fault). Then before we got started they said for both those queues to use the same desk, whist the other guy catered to the business class guys. They had split us into 2 groups - checked in online and the rest. No information provided anywhere beyond 'desk 10'įor soon me reason when the BA desk did finally open the nice guys at the desks asked us to wait. ![]() Did this twice and n noticed a few others equally confused. ![]() We got there to be told, you guessed it, go to the extreme other end. Staff at one end did go to the extreme other end. We walked from 1 end to the other and couldn't find BA desk. STOP - needed to go back downstairs to check in the luggage. On departure we were advised to go straight upstairs to check thru with our electronic boarding cards. Staff couldn't help but other passengers were very helpful. Once we escaped that farce signage was sparse and we saw no indication for the cars. When A was cleared they opened up a 3rd desk for the rest of us. B had 2 officers plus colleagues enjoying the show. A had 4 control officers available plus biometric gates. Group A for the French and EU passport holders. On arrival we were herded to passport control and quickly split into 2 groups. A beautiful week in France bookended by awful experience arriving at and departing from this clean, nice looking, totally disorganised airport. ![]()
